Sunrise Homes Land adjacent to Penton (Woodlands Road) Planning application for a detached 2 storey 5-bedroom house to be built on the land adjoining Penton has been approved (see RBK planning application for more details) and work has started to clear the site. Condition 7 (Tree Details) of planning permission 06/16432 has been discharged. See RBK planning application for more details. Neighbouring residents and the SRA have been surprised by the extent of the site clearance and are discussing their concerns with the council. Southborough Close Taloe Homes has submitted an application for a detached 2 storey, 5 bedroom house with integral garage to be built on the land adjacent to 14 Southborough Close (previously part of Penton's garden). See RBK planning application for more details. Their earlier appeal against the refusal of permission for a detached 2 storey 4-bedroom house was dismissed by the Planning Inspectorate on 6 March.
